Jedno z ostatnich zdjęć tego samolotu, który zaraz po starcie 04.11.2008 z EGBJ (Gloucestershire Airport) z powodu awarii silnika rozbił się na polu niedaleko Valley Farm. Pilot wyszedł bez szwanku, natomiast pasażer odniósł poważne obrażenia kręgosłupa. Samolot nie nadawał się do naprawy. Zdjęcie wykonano podczas Farnborough Airshow.
